HARRASSOWITZ 2027 Renewal Lists Now Available

Libraries activated for Online Renewal Management (ORM) in Fokus can now access their title lists and submit their renewal instructions for 2027. If you have not already done so, please contact service@harrassowitz.de if you wish to request activation of Online Renewal Management for your Fokus account.

Libraries that are not using Online Renewal Management have been sent a renewal email with the 2027 HARRASSOWITZ Renewal Spreadsheet, including instructions. If your library has not received this renewal email, please contact service@harrassowitz.de.

If you would like a separate list of non-calendar year subscriptions, please let us know by contacting service@harrassowitz.de or your Regional Sales Manager.

Renewal instructions should be submitted to HARRASSOWITZ before September 1, 2026, through Online Renewal Management or by returning the completed Renewal Spreadsheet.
Please note if you do not have any changes to your subscription list, you can simply email us and instruct us to "renew all".

HARRASSOWITZ Integrated Subscriptions API

Designed to streamline subscription renewals, cancellations, and updates, our integrated subscription API allows libraries to manage subscription data effectively, ensuring that library systems are always up-to-date.

The API is available for Alma and FOLIO and sends updates to your library system regardless whether the change was initiated inside or outside Fokus.

Automated updates include:

Renewal confirmations
Cancellation confirmations by updating the subscription’s expiry date in your library system
Fund code changes
Vendor order reference numbers if missing in the PO Line
