| HARRASSOWITZ Announces Launch of New Website
|
|
|
HARRASSOWITZ is pleased to announce the launch of our new website. The new website offers a clean, modern design, improved navigation, and quicker and easier access to essential information. Its responsive design optimizes viewing on any device or screen size to accommodate mobile device usage. The new website went live on November 19, 2016 and is located at the same address, www.harrassowitz.de. Logins to OttoEditions and our Serials Databases (Fokus/ OttoSerials) are now at the top right and lower right portions of every page.

| SAGE Journals Migration to New Platform Literatum
|
|
|
Please be informed that in December 2016, SAGE will migrate its online journal content to a new platform, Atypon’s Literatum. The new platform features a cleaner, responsive site design to enhance user experience and improve navigation.
The current HighWire platform will be available until the end of 2016 to give customers the opportunity to get used to the layout of the new platform. The new SAGE Journals URL is “journals.sagepub.com”. Journal URLs will change as part of the migration: a new single URL will replace the existing individual journal URLs. Permanent redirects will be in place to ensure continued access to all content.
Journal entitlements and IP addresses, EzProxy, and Shibboleth will be migrated automatically. However, administrators are strongly encouraged to double-check this information after the launch and contact HARRASSOWITZ or notify SAGE directly if any changes need to be made. Please note that after the migration, an IP address or range can only be associated with one account. Please carefully check your IPs to ensure correct access.
The new platform admin tool is located on the SAGE Journals site, under the Account Management area. Administrators will be able to run COUNTER reports and perform other basic admin duties via these pages.
