| JSTOR Journal Hosting Program to end after 2021
|

|
| HARRASSOWITZ would like to bring to your attention that JSTOR has decided to close its Journal Hosting Program (JHP) after the 2021 subscription period.
|
- JHP will end January 1, 2022 which means that JSTOR will not publish new JHP content or provide fulfillment and hosting services to publishers after December 31, 2021.
- While the program will cease after December 31, 2021, JSTOR will extend grace access to the content to subscribing institutions through the last day of February 2022.
- JHP content will no longer be available starting March 1, 2022.
Content for rolling starts that extend beyond January 1, 2022 will not be added to JSTOR. JSTOR will work with the publishers to ensure that access for the remainder of the paid for subscription period will be available via another platform.
Only content in the JSTOR Archive Journal collections and Thematic collections will not be affected by the end of JHP: all JHP content included in these collections will continue to be updated regularly and will become available as the moving wall advances.
Currently, publishers participating in JHP are working on their arrangements for the subscription period 2022 and the migration of content to other platforms. HARRASSOWITZ will send further details out to our library customers as soon as the information has been provided by the respective publishers so that our customers are kept updated.

| JSTOR Journal Hosting Program endet nach 2021

| HARRASSOWITZ möchte Sie darüber informieren, dass JSTOR sein Journal Hosting Program (JHP) nach der Subskriptionsperiode 2021 einstellt.
|
- Nach dem 31. Dezember 2021 wird JSTOR weder neue JHP-Inhalte veröffentlichen noch Fulfillment- und Hosting Services für Verlage anbieten.
- Institutionen mit laufenden Abonnements gewährt JSTOR noch bis Ende Februar 2022 Zugriff auf die JHP-Inhalte.
- Ab dem 1. März stehen die JHP-Inhalte nicht mehr zur Verfügung.
Inhalte zu Abonnements, die nicht auf Kalenderjahr-Basis laufen und über den 1. Januar 2022 hinausgehen, wird JSTOR nicht mehr aufnehmen. Zurzeit steht JSTOR mit den herausgebenden Verlagen in Kontakt, um sicherzustellen, dass der Zugang zu den Inhalten für den Rest des bezahlten Abonnementzeitraums über eine andere Plattform gewährleistet ist.
Nicht betroffen von der Beendigung des Journal Hosting Program (JHP) sind die Inhalte der JSTOR Archive Journal Collections und der Thematic Collections: Hier werden die JHP-Inhalte weiterhin regelmäßig aktualisiert und gemäß der Moving Wall verfügbar sein.
Derzeit arbeiten die am JHP teilnehmenden Verlage an ihren Arrangements für das Abonnementjahr 2022 und der Migration der Inhalte auf andere Plattformen. Sobald HARRASSOWITZ weitere Details von den jeweiligen Verlagen vorliegen, werden wir Sie informieren.
